I understand the importance of preparation to enter kindergarten and it is my goal to help each child feel confident in their abilities both academically and socially.
I worked as a reading specialist in elementary school after college. As a specialist I had small groups of kids so we got to know one another quite well. I enjoyed the experience helping young children improve their vocabulary, spelling and oral reading confidence.
It is because of this, and a few other teaching experiences, that I decided to opened my own preschool. I look forward to working with a small group of children and see them progress over the year.
Teaching is truly something I enjoy and I come to love every child individually. I have often said I have the best job in the world!
